I'm Sarah Gu, a provincially licensed mortgage broker in British Columbia. For over 15 years I've been helping families and businesses across Greater Vancouver—first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, and self-employed professionals—get the right financing to buy, refinance, and grow. My job is to find you the best fit across lenders and products so you can make clear, confident decisions.
